Chihuahuagrl83 is on a distinguished road

Ever since I took my puppy to get neutred two weeks ago he is always licking everything. He is forever licking his paws and butt. And keeps it going for a long time until I shout at him. I don't know what to do. I think something happened to him while he was there. Does anybody know what it might be from?
