Beautiful dog!

As far as pulling like that, you should use a Halti harness, or any similar harness. It attaches not only around the body, but to the neck (like a collar). That way, when she pulls, her head will turn around towards you...she will not like this. It should really curb her pulling.

This is the only thing she gets for exercise... I call it power walking and it keeps her fit... I don't mind her pulling

She looks good to me! You should get her a cart pulling harness thingy and make her pull you around hehe.
