Did you try the Benedryl yet? That really helps a lot with itching and I know that Frontline will help really keep the bugs off. He'll be better in no time!
Sounds like the poor guy hurt himself when he fell. My dog doesn't feel well the day I put his Advantage on but he's fine the next day. He eats grass the whole first day I put it on him, but he hasn't ever shown signs of paralasis.
Oh and Linda I wanted to add that I have ordered on line for Advantage to get rid of running lice on my cavies and it worked great! It's the same medicine as at my vet but way less expensive.
