Heya,
My Maltese is now a little over a year old and we are still having issues with him peeing and pooping on the living room rug!
He will go outside mostly but at any point he will do it in the house.
I will walk him outside for 1/2 hour and nothing. Come in and turn my back and POOF (or should I say POOP) there it is right on the rug!

Any tips to help cure this?
