meet Honey, a siberian husky we found
we found a siberian husky badley injured on the side of the highway yesterday. we cant keep her(my dogs dont like her to say the least) but she is an absolute doll, walks VERY nicely on leash, she is very friendly and sweet, but is covered in scabs and wounds and ticks. we were able to clean her up a little last night, and I gave her a VERY light brushing this morning, and right now she is at work with my mom, who MIGHT have found her owner, but its only a slight posability as these people lost their siberian a some time ago. anyway here are pictures!

update? lol ok there is a good chnace we found her family, these people lost their siberian during a blizzard in febuary, said she was the best dog they ever had, and they miss her terrably. anyway they are meeting us at the training hall tonight, so pray that she found her home!

unfortinatly she doesent, but the lady wanted to take Honey soooooo bad, but her husband said no however the lady is spreading the word about Honey, we also have 2 rescues working to help her, one is going to pay for Honeys vet bills the other is posting her around all the sib lists to see if she can find her owner. another person is putting Honey up on his rescue site, and yet another person is going to de-tick and groom Honey :p seems everyone wants to help such a gorgous sweet tempered gal!

That's so great that so many people are willing to help out! I'm hoping you'll be able to find her family soon.
I'm sorry if you said this and I missed it, but where is Honey staying during all this? Is she with you?
And I'd love to see her pictures but they aren't showing up for me. Just those red X's.
