Mirra, you naughty girl!
I came home from work tonight to a very happy dog sitting in the middle of stuffing from a shredded doggy pillow. I would've never guessed that a medium sized dog pillow contained so much stuffing! It filled the great dane sized crate and there in the middle, very proud and happily wagging her tail was my darling angel Mirra.
I'm thinking that she'll do the same thing if I get her a replacement pillow. I have no idea what I'm going to put in there for her now.

That's a toughy. She might be fine with another, but likely not.
Mine have old comforters in their kennels.

Har is a chewer and likes to destroy blankets, pillows...basically anything you put in there with her. Sometimes she chews it, other times she doesnt. Pillows are always destroyed, but sometimes she leaves blankets alone. We had to go a while with leaving it bare because we didnt want her to get a blockage from a blanket...and then one day we decided to try a blanket again, and so far, she hasnt chewed this one...its been a few months that she has had it and maybe she decided that its better to be on a blanket than a hard cage floor...Hopefully Mirra decides that too!!

oh no! that's horrible! tsk tsk mirra! but it is a little funny...teehee.
you could try a folded sheet (an old one) because it might not be so tempting (not as squishy, etc).
i hope that little missy starts behaving!!

Hmmm, Dante destoys those foam beds, but is fine with round 'pillow' beds. Perhaps a different style for her? Those 'sling' style ones are supposed to be good for chewers.
