On christmas eve I had to go and run a few errands, and since most of my beloved puppies can't be trusted to be left out I had to put them up. I was gone 2 hours!!!!!!!! I came home to my dane who had RIPPED her bed, which was a old down comfter, and there were goose feathers in her excerise pen!!!!!!!!!! We should of known better--it lasted 2 days! So anyhow, after carefully as I could all of my critters outside and making sure the girls DID NOT make more of a mess I started to clean up. My dauschund pushed open the door (not closed all the way-my fault again) and the fat litter wiener dog ROLLED ALL OVER THE FEATHERS!!! They were everywhere!!!

When he was done having a good time for himself-- he decided that he did not like the feathers that were attached to him!!!! He could not get them off!!!!:tongue2:

I was the funniest thing I have seen in along time. So in the end I had to take them off of his little 30lb body--boy was he happy

And for the record -can you believe after vaccuming twice and sweeping ( i have hardwood floors) that I am still finding white feathers--Hemi lou is back to just a simple blanket--maybe one day she will be ready for a good one!!!
