I am not much of a dog person but we have a lady who breeds and sells English Bulldogs that comes into the clinic for us to take care of her pups.She brought her 3 year old female in today for an ultra sound turns out she has aborted a second litter of pups.She mentioned she was going to find her a new home since she can't carry her litter anymore.
Yup she asked if I wanted a dog and I looked at her and smiled I told her I could not afford $700.00 for a dog like she had.She smiled back and told me if I could give her a good loving home I can have her.I took the dog to let hubby look at her and he said I don't want her,but you can have her.I said she had to be inside he said fine.I brought Dakota home and the kids fell in love with her and so did hubby
She is sleeping right now in my grandaughters bed with her head rested upon her leg like a guardian angel watching over her.I should add that madison is and always has been afraid of dogs and screams when one comes close,but with Dakota it was different she just gives her hugs and lots of love.So I guess Dakota was meant to share our home with the rest of my brood of pets.
I am very slow at getting picks as most of you know but will try to get some pics of her and the kids.
If not you sure are gonna be in for a suprise. With my pitbulls I have them on a very strick diet and god forbid I stray just a little -- if someone lights a match my house its gonna blow!
