When we adopted Tucker from animal control, they had him listed as a lab/terrier mix. If I had to guess, I'd say lab/pit bull. He has a very tiny white line on the top of his head, a little bit of pit shape to his ears, a tail that curls up sometimes, and when he pretends to growl, you can see a little pit in his face.
He reminds me alot of these guys, at the Louisiana Pit Bull Rescue and SPCA:
