I know you all don't know me very well but I thought I would introduce my kids to you
The dobe is Ronin, my 2 year old. I posted his sad story on the animal legal rights forum. Its a long one!
The grey is my 2 yr old cat, Churchill, I was told when I bought her she was a boy. She was given to me at 3 weeks along with her sister by a lady who said she was going to dump them on the roadside.... gotta LOVE TN! I quickly learned he was a she, but we still call her Church. I found a home for her sister at 13 weeks old.
Yugi is the large
male cat, we allowed my husbands kids to name him, he will be 1 next month. The vet thinks he has some
Maine Coon in him. I bought him on my visit to get my dog neutered. My husband wanted no more cats, he was still getting used to the life of indoor animals. But everytime I walked by the cage in my vets lobby, he would talk to me "Meow, Meow" and reach his tiny little paw out. I said NOPE, cant do it, Scott will kill me! The next day when I came to pick my Dobe up he was the only kitten out of 5 left. He was all alone in his cage. Many people would walk by and he would ignore them, again soon as I got near him "Meow, Meow" and out shot the paw. I bought him and brought him home, my husband was away on buisness in India so I had time to break the news to him =). Everyone thought Yugi was ugly at first big ears, small head, lanky body. But now they say he is the most beautiful cat, I brush him every day to keep that beautiful coat shiney. He still talks to me and I do not think he knows he is a cat. He will lay near me or follow me and "meow, Meeooow, mraawr" in all different pitches, Ive never seen a cat be so vocal. Hes my angel.
In a month or so I will have pics of my Cockatoo, our new addition.
