Cuties! How did the day go? Any adoptions? I would take one- if I were closer and didn't already have four dogs. LOL

The day went really well, was a huge success!A good turn-out.
Yep,we have gotten people interested in some of them. There is a family interested in Porter or Blue.I am hoping Porter goes soon, because he may only live another year and he should be able to live in a loving enviroment for his last year or so!

That is great to hear. In a few years, when my daughter is older and moves and takes her dogs, I will just have Pagan, so I am defintiely going to adopt a dog close to her age- and it will be either a Pug or a Beagle I hope. I think they would both be a good buddy for a little rat terrier and they are both breeds I have always loved.

Hehe...whynot adopt a "puggle"...that way you have both breeds! Kidding.I am not one for so called "designer dogs".They are just mixed breeds with fancy names.Anyway thats another topic. While I don't know much about pugs,I can tell you that beagles make wonderful family pets and companions!

Nice looking dogs there. We have a dog that came in that looks size wise and face wise a beagle, but has pointer coloring. What do you think.

Yeah he is no where near the size of a pointer. Beagle size. Big cry baby too. His whole body is beagle size. I'd say about 25-30 lbs.

How old is he??
He is probably a pointer mix, maybe he has some beagle mixed in somewhere!
We had a german shorthair pointer/beagle mix and she looked more like a mini GSP and you couldn't see much beagle in there,so maybe that little guy is the same way!

He's around 1 1/2 something like that. He sounds like what you had. If there is no beagle in him, then he is a midget(miniature) pointer. LOL
