red splotches on belly

My 10 month old Boston Terrier has two red spots on his belly. They are directly across from one another towards the back of his belly. He's acting fine, and the spots don't seem to hurt. Does anyone know what this could be?? Thanks in advance.

I've had dogs get those little red splotches that you're talking about. My vet said they are minor skin irritations or infections. They normally clear up by themselves. Just keep an eye on them and if they get worse than you may want to take him to the vet.

Thumbs up

They didn't really look like bug bites. They've gone away now. I'm so glad, I was worried about it.

It could be a flea allergy.
