Rescue Dogs...
 Here are few pics of our rescue dogs.. first up Sheba, female 26 inch 100 pound Akita girl.. shes a real people lover but super dog agressive.. She came from a shelter, she has a chain burn around her neck, cement sores on her elbows and back legs, fly bitten ears, needed to be wormed and also has to be fixed.. Shes gona go thru obedience and then therapy work..

Next up poor old man Tyson, boxer mix, wow hes in poor shape, wormy, skinny, chain collar burn on neck, sores all over his legs, ribs noticeable, stomach tucked way up to much, back bone roached and sticking out, no meat muscle mass on legs, hard time walking, awful poo, respitory infection, dry stinky skin, sunk in rear, hip bones sticking out, very hard time walking, and to boot what we noticed to be a mild seizure.. This dog came from a shelter/rescue, i know i was not given the full story on this dog at all.. Let alone he deffinately was not cared for properly while there.... The pics speak for them selfs...

No meat muscle on chest and in the pic that is actuly his back bone sticking up, we can count the vertabras when we look at him from the top of his body...

Here after a nice bath, few good meals and some meds plus lots water to drink.. The dark spots on his body are sores.. He is much loved here at our house...

 Well the vet said hes loaded with whipworms, tape worms and also hookworms, that hes border line anemic and also he does have the respitory infection.. He was wormed and will be again in 2 weeks and then again after that, he was given a vitamin/mineral sup. then also put on Trimathorprim sulfa for the resp. infection, he is also gona check for heart worms, he also stated that he was having seizure like symtoms do to the fact that he has been totaly depleted from the worms and loss of body contion.. But i was advised that if he does have the symtoms again note how long it lasts and what happens and then to call him.. He wanted to know what shelter rescue the dog came from and why he hadnt been cared for and treated.. The people from the shelter rescue said they had tyson for 2 months, plenty of time to get him treated and cared for.. He says this is complete neglect on someones part period... So its gona be a long road to get tyson back to par.. Hes getting joint sups to.
And since theres no way of knowing if he ever did recive his yrl shots hes gona wait till tyson is doing much better and then give him his 7 way vac and 3 yr rabies shot.. Hang in there old boy we are here to help... poor dog...
