Linda - I use Frontline Plus - and Jack tested positive for
Lyme Disease this summer! Ticks are very bad right now where I live. I know what you mean about the cost of treating so many animals monthly. 2 dogs and 3 cats for me - wow does that add up!
I found a similar online place in Australia- and I'm paying half what I would anywhere else, no shipping cost too!
For me, Frontline Plus seems to work the best. I've used Bio-spot too in the past and I just didn't think it measured up. I had no idea it wasn't safe

Thanks for that info!
I pulled a Tick out of Jack's head the other night

eew! He's been updated on his Lyme vaccine. After watching what he went through (and I didn't even realize he was sick, I thought his age was getting the best of him

) I will never fall behind on that Lyme vaccination again!
I do find though that toward the end of each treatment period I'll usually start seeing a few Ticks... it makes me think that the treatment doesn't really last the entire month. Have you found this to be the case too?
Would it hurt to apply it a few days or a week before the scheduled treatment date? Just wondering and curious because I really, really hate when Ticks get on the dogs. I'm fanatic about checking for them- if and when I see one, I get nervous and think that the Frontline has worn off.
