Should I get Minx a friend?

As some of you know i have recently become the rpoud owner of a 13 week old Staffordshire bull Terrier. I am currently debating whether or not to get her a playmante. I am due to be moving house soon so will have more room and obviously I am looking for something of roughly the same age and size. Do you think this is a god idea? something to keep her company while we are out and to play with. Any ideas or feedback would be helpful. Thankyou

I think it would be really tough to have two puppies to train and house train at the same time. I know people have done it before, but it's very hard and time consuming. What about waiting a bit more, like a year or two, until your current dog has his manners down pat? That way, the new puppy could learn not only from you, but also from your obedient dog...

Mirra was 10 months old and had already graduated from obedience school when I got Sydnee. Let me tell you, I have my hands FULL! I don't know if Staffies are less stubborn then Bull Terriers, but I think you should wait a little longer, but that's just my opinion. There are others here that have had 2 young pups are did just fine with the situation. I think the decision is totally up to you. Take into account the fact that 2 pups equals twice the vet costs for shots, spaying/neutering, food, collars (because they grow out of them pretty quickly when they're young), 2 crates (if you use them), twice the clean up, ect.

well i think its been decided that we are gonna wait, mainly because of the lack of space we have, we dont really haver enough for two puppys, so maybe in a year or two when we have a bogger house another dog will be more feasable

I have two puppies, and while it isn't as hard as people thought it would be it still is no cake walk. I would think waiting would be best unless you are extremely good with dogs. I am a dog person, and always have been. These two have defiantely challenged me.
