Sidney/Samson
hi I know I haven't posted here for a long time!!!! Man it's been awhile!!!! (Do I need to re-introduce myself?)I'm back because I 'm probably going to get a Australian Shepherd. He will be a service dog.
How I met him was, My mom's Aussie died of pyromedia. Puss in the uterous. She got spayed at 11 yrs of age, lived through the surgery, didn't make it through recovery. so she went to pick out a puppy. I went with her.
We asked to look at the oth er dogs, the adults too. So she let a few of them out, we just wanted to see how big Petey (her puppy) could get. Well they let out some of the dogs.
One of them was Sidney. Well he came running and I mean running. I was sitting ont he ground with Bea, a shy aussie. And Sidney came running up, plopped his bum in my lap and started licking me.
My mom had to go in and do something in the house. Well I asked the lady how much she'd consider selling Sidney to me for. She told me all she wants is someone to give him a good home. And that she'd be glad to give him to me for free.
Here's his story. He was one of her puppies from 9 yrs ago.And someone came and bought him as a pet. Of course he's neutered. Well anyways they decided that they wanted to move to the city and didn't want Sidney to come with them.
She already made me agree to give him back if he doesn't work out, so its not like he's going to be miserable.
The reason for S amson is I might change his name to Samson, since I have a good friend named Sidney.
