Smelly feet and breath

Indy has the smelliest feet ever. he stinks the whole room out with them. I have tried just washing his feet with his puppy shampoo but a few minutes latr they still smell. WHY???

Also both Olle and Indy have fish breath. They both eat different food, they have bones and dental chews. How do I get rid of the smell?
