This spring I won't be getting a puppy.

The way things are looking right now I won't be getting a puppy this spring due to some news we recieved yesterday.


































We took a pregnancy test and it came back positive!!!!!! I am up this early this morning trying to make an appointment to verify it. But I know I am. Ray and I are both very excited!

( I know some people dont have a preference as long as its healthy...but some do too ) Do you have any names that you have known you were going to name your baby, or just some you are thinking about?? I bet you are so excited! Its such great news! Congrats!!!

OMG ... I'm speechless ... All I can say is WOW, CONGRATULATIONS !!

Doesn't mean you can't get a puppy though ... year before last, my best friend bought a new house and got a doberman puppy in December - then found out in Feb. they were pregnant (totally unexpected). She says she's happy they had the puppy first - says she couldn't imagine trying to deal with an untrained puppy and a baby ...
You'll also find yourself wanting a "baby" to mother while you're pregnant - a puppy could be just the thing !!

I remember when I found out I was pregnant with Dylan. Dan and I were so happy. Dan stuck the pregnancy test up on the shelf in the room so he could look at it. We still have it too!

If you need any help during this time let me know. It can be rough, especially in the beginning. I had horrible morning sickness when I was pregnant and had to be hospitalized. I didn't really get to enjoy my pregnancy, but I enjoyed what it brought me. My baby boy.

Make sure you have lots of people to help you once the baby comes. Do you plan on having medication, or going natural? LOL I remember everything about my birth. I find it funny when mothers say they don't remember it. How can you forget? LOL

Well I will stop rambling now!!! Good luck, and congrats again....................and of course you MUST post ultrasound photos when the time comes.
