Question

URI - home remedies?

I believe a couple of My dogs have a URI.
Why do I believe this? Well, I'm no vet that's for sure - here are the signs.
1. Runny nose
2. Sneezing
3. loss of regular appetite (I am helping that with organic baby food & pedilite *non sugar*)
4. A foster I placed about 3 weeks ago, has shown the same signs & was taken to the vet - He does have a confirmed URI.

I have 4 dog's 2 of which are showing signs of the listed above. Is there any home remedies that anyone knows of instead of taking them to a vet. I cant really afford 100.00 just for 4 office visits. If I could take in 1 & get meds for them all it would be so nice. They are all around the same weight from 3lb pup to a 8lb min doxie.

Ty in advance for your help!

Most vets will give you a discount when you bring in a second dog for the same problem. You may want to call.

Please note that we're unable to give medical advice on this forum for legal reasons. I'd suggest calling your vet and asking for suggestions as well. If any of them stop eating altogether or start vomiting or showing other symptoms, they definitely need to be seen.

Hum, alright. I'm really surprised no one has home things I can try to help. Thanks!
