Where's the camera when I need it ?
Critter made a comment about me becoming a "travelling photographer", and it made me think of what I saw on my way home from the store today ...
If only I'd taken the camera with me (something I'm going to start doing). We're in the middle of a lot of farmland, so the road to the store has cornfields on either side. So I'm cruising along singing (totally off-key) with the radio, and catch sight of something odd off to the left. I slowed down, it was a Dalmation, at the edge of the cornfield. He had an ear of corn in his mouth, pulling for all he was worth to get it off the cornstalk. Craziest thing I've ever seen - crazier still is trying to picture him after he got it off - was he planning on eating it ??
I really have to start taking my camera in the truck with me ...
