I just want to thank the PT people who helped me track down a source of Zymox Otic in Chicago. I've been using it on my mini-schnauzer's ears for only two days, and already there seems to be great improvement. So... Denise informed me where I could find it locally. They carry it at a "holistic" pet supply store/groomer near the corner of Oak Park and Addison on Chicago's north side. It's pretty pricey ($20.00/2.5oz.) but it seems to be working wonders. <-Steve->
