Obese Turtle

I think one of my turtles is too fat.
What shall I do?
Also noticed her bottom shell is growing out past her body, none of the other turtles do this. Is it bad?
Washed them all today and they were clean but she was filthy. Any reason for this?
Also she appears to have gold marks on her shell. Why?
Help please. I am worried about her.
Does she need a visit to the vet?

She does not have any rolls and she is ok putting her head and legs in her shell.
She is just so much bigger and heavier than the others

What species is she? If putting her heads and legs in makes her look like a marshmallow with a shell, then she's too fat. When she does this, if you can poke at her flesh and it easily goes in more, she's not that fat. What exactly did you mean when you said the shell is grrowing past her body? The gold markings may depend on what species she is.

She is a yellow bellied slider.
Her under side is bigger than her body where as the other ones of her species is not.
It is quite weak around the edges because there is no flesh there.
