is that "reptiing" expanding substrate suitable (looks like a brick)?

Sorry, you'll have to be more descriptive. There are a lot of substrates that come in the form of a brick. I can tell you right now that the use of any substrate depends on the needs of your turt/tort. So you'll have to mention the type of chelonian you have for anyone to tell you if it is suitable.
