Lizgirl will become famous soon enough
They're so cute! I love their little faces, long, necks, chubby legs and tails, and their expressive eyes. Yes, I want a turtle. Now, if I could only convince my hubby.

Wink

I love my turtles ... they are soo much fun ... and they aren't really all that difficult to care for! Shelli was a wreck victum that I took in ... when I "saved" her she has a cracked shell ( you can see it in the pictures) and two or three maggot like worms eating at her skin between her neck and her leg ... which took serval "surgury"s to remove. Never the less he is growing and healthy! Punkin was a present to me .. I recieved him full grown .. but he is a VERY beautiful turtle ... when I first got him there was a very large lump in his neck ... it's gone down A LOT and I watch him to make sure he is alright but the lump has NEVER bothered him.

Beautiful pictures! The one of Punkin is especially stunning! ). Shelli is lucky to have found you! I rehab a lot of Eastern boxies, and it's always so hard to part when they are well.

If she is anything like my husband or pets I am sure he/she is in shock. "Where is everything? This isn't where I used to live. Hey, did I say I wanted to move?" I am sure he/she will enjoy the new place eventually. Me, I'm always up for a move. I'd love a new apartment, but it looks like we will be staying here for a little while longer.
