Toad or a frog for a beginner?

What toad or frog would you recommend for a beginner?

umm firebelly toad i think is good for a beginner, anyway if you do your research and are ok with getting every thing you need and giving it good care then you will be fine

I fire bellied toad is one of the best I think, although I don't really have much experience with frogs or toads.

You could also try white tree frogs.

Or if you want an aquatic frog a African clawed frog or African dwarf frog are also possibilities.

You should avoid handling them as toxins from your skin could harm them and some toads/frogs are toxic themselves.

As with any pet do your research.For frogs and toads you'll definitely need a tank,heater and appropriate substrate.And b willing to feed live foods (i.e. crickets)

I think most amphibians have some sort of toxin to them...
