vinegar


I've been told that vinegar is the best way to get waterspots off of the tanks....any specific sort I need to use?

I think that white vinegar works the best, but there is a specific vinegar to water ration. Here is a link to another thread about cleaning with non-toxic products.

Are you talking about the white mineral buildup near the water line? I have found that using a sharp razor -- even a paint scraper works well to get it off, too.
