Help Make Bestiality a Felony in Illinois!

Bestiality is the sexual molestation of an animal by a human. Any sexual contact between humans and animals for the sexual gratification of any person is
animal cruelty, regardless of the human perpetrators beliefs or intentions. Unfortunately the World Wide Web has become a source of support for individuals who practice bestiality to come forward. The most common species subjected to interspecies sexual assault are logically animals that people have easy access to. Dogs, cats, horses, chickens, goats, ponies, sheep, cows, donkeys and llamas are among the victims.
House Bill 4926 would make sexual assault of an animal a felony. To prevent any reoccurrence, perpetrators would not be permitted to own or reside in a domicile containing an animal.
