A man named Lou Simboli has been running ads under the name "Second
Chance Horse Rescue" and taking local horses to Sugarcreek horse
auction, where 35 percent or more of the horses sold go to slaughter
houses for human consumption in Europe and the far east. - The hsus
and other groups have been trying to nail him, but finally the news
camera risked a horse and caught him IN THE ACT!!!
