Marine seems to hurl puppy off cliff in video

I seen this video a few days ago and still am quite disturbed and horrified!

A part of me didn't want to watch this but also wanted to see what we were talking about and all I can say is what a disappointment in our military....I want to throw up that was the most horrific video..and if you listen the puppy is crying when thrown it was not dead...i am going to stop here cuz i am going to say things i should not. I hope someone pays big time for this.

They are just NOW concluding the investigation? A two cop police force could have looked at the video, gotten the name, looked him up and had him in custody within 24 hours. That is really disappointing performance from one of the most elite fighting forces in the world.

So will he get more that a slap on the wrist now? Suspended pay, loss of rank, ...he should be incarcerated or given an other than honorable discharge. This isn't kind of person I want representing MY country abroad. ...not when there are REAL heroes in the Marines.
