Attn: 800 cats officially reported as missing (or disappeared)with estimates that the true or actual number of missing cats could be as high as 1600.

To everyone here at Pet Talk

I am writing to you in the hopes that the members of Pet Talk can help the citizens of my community to gain the assistance we need to overcome an extremely disturbing situation that has been occurring here in Antioch, CA for going on 14 months.
Due to the lengthy details of our story, I felt it was best to attach a document to this post that will explain everything that has been going on in the City of Antioch.
