I know that a lot of people don't believe in online petitions but the media is watching and listening! They need to know the country and world are watching! The animal rescuers are very afraid they will be kicked out of New Orleans and dogs and cats will be left to die a slow painful death on rooftops and in locked houses. Please sign!
