DR. DAVID W. TROY, who had a veterinary practice in Corona,
Queens and the Upper East Side in Manhattan, and has been fired from a number of other veterinary clinics (including the infamous CACC), has resurfaced in Dutchess County.
In my opinion, this man is a corrupt and dangerous
incompetent who is responsible for the deaths of several cats and dogs he has treated. Despite more than a dozen complaints to the
Disciplinary Committee of the licensing board, and a criminal complaint for assault and battery that was dismissed on a technicality, this man is still practicing
veterinary medicine.
He appears to work out of Wappingers Falls, NY, in Dutchess
County. His address is merely a postal drop and he makes house calls
only.
