Who do I call if I want to report animal cruelty? Is it Animal Control because it only says it picks up deer, racoons, and stuff.

Yes, Natalie, I think so.

When we had to call a few times about problems with neighbors dogs, we called animal control. Or, you could call the police line. (not 911 but a local police number for your town.) We have done that, too.

I don't know about where you live but around here animal control doesn't really deal with that sort of thing. If you don't get a good answer from them then see if you have a local SPCA chapter. They often have someone who is legally responsible for dealing with animal cruelty issues.
