The current EU legislation that regulates the use of animals in research and testing is being revised, and the European Commission has just launched an Internet consultation to seek the views of the public on the use of animals in experiments.
This legislation will have a major impact on animal experiments throughout the EU so it is vital that as many people as possible respond.
Please take the time (5-10 minutes) to complete the questionnaire and help improve the lot of laboratory animals across Europe. Responses must be in by 18 August 2006. The questionnaire is at this link to the RSPCA website:
