"Arthur is white with brown ticks (or spots). When last seen he was wearing a red collar with a red and white bow and tags. He has a lypoma (or a bump) located on his back near his tail. He is very friendly, but may be disoriented because he suffers from seizures. He wandered off on 4-1-02 and is greatly missed. He wandered off in the New Haven area of Oswego County near the Sun-Up Gas Station. He is an extremely loved family pet. A reward is being offered for his safe return."
