thinking about exotic pets

I am thinking about getting another exotic pet. I really like my hedgehog, and was thinking about getting another one so I went back to the website of the breeder I got her from. I saw that they also breed Short Tailed Opossums (STO's) and I kind of fell in love. They have hedgehog faces and sort of hamster/rat bodies.. but they are marsupials so they are excellent climbers and can hang with their tail

I also really like sugar gliders, but realized I don't have space for a really...

I still think about poor Cookie and what could have gone wrong. I mean, I'm fairly sure it was just wet tail.. she died about a day and a half from when she started ill, and she refused to eat.. her tummy felt hard to the touch and she barely took any water.

I have a hyperviligant eye on Jigglypuff now, just in case she exhibits any signs of illness. I dare say that she is my favorite and she is my little baby.. I was upset when cookie passed, but I think I might be devastated if Jigglypuff

more succulent plant stuff

My first batch of new succulents have arrived and they are gorgeous! I bought 2 Burro's tails, since my current burros tail is on it's last leg and does not look healthy. The two new ones are swollen with much bigger beads and much more resilient to being moved or bumped. In fact, the arms where the beads are attached are the same color and consistency as the beads. The old burros tail I have has stick looking arms that are apparently dehydrated and wilting. it is a sad sight. But a happier sight...

Succulent plants

Another passion of mine, along with small mammals, pugs and horses are succulent plants. I have 14 pots in my apartment, with probably around 20 actual plants right now..
I've been a bit naughty now that I've been paid- I spent $70 on new succulents!! they are so pretty but I think I went overboard considering each plant cost around 5-6 dollars..

So now I will have to spend more money on soil, sand, small pebbles and new pots for my new babies. I also have a succulent community
