Brushing your cats teeth

Hello,
Pepper had teeth extracted last summer and then we had put him on a dental plan. We bought him some Virbac cat toothpaste and toothbrush and started brushing his teeth.
Pepper is relatively good and stays still.
Does anyone else brush their cat's teeth and do they let you? hehe

I never have brushed my cat's teeth. But it may be a very good idea.
Both of my cats are young,so they may tolerate it better then if they were older.

Yes establish a routine for them while they are young is good.
It was a little heartbreaking for me to watch my cat get 2 teeth extracted,
since they much fewer than humans. He seems to get tartar on his teeth and red swollen gums without brushing pretty easily, I don't know about any other cats.
