Cat Scratches

So my two cats get along great most of the time but when they play fight the older one tends to get really serious and is starting in inflict some damage on the younger one, I found a long scratch to a bigger scab on my younger cats neck going under his jaw, im wondering if I should try and clean the wound and if so with what?, its starting to scab but it looks like hes been scratching at it. thanks in advance..

Alcohol and Hydrogen Peroxide are good cleansers. Scratching typically = healing, so as long as the wound doesn't look inflamed or otherwise infected, there's really no reason to clean it.
