Emma has a lump ...

So ever since Emmas spay she has had this weird lump on her belly most of it was swelling from her insides healing but this lump is a little sharp and still hasnt gone down. We got her into the vet tomorrow morning. but has anyone experienced anything like this? I am hoping we just need antibiotics surgery is stressful on a kitty.

Ok So we took Emma to the vet today and the vet says its a herniated incision. He said he did not feel a hole but if he did there is a chance her bowels could work their way out through it ... So VERY glad I took her. He does not feel a hole though he said if we wanted we could have the lump removed but its inconsequential and that its probably not the best use of my money just keep an eye on her.

his exact words about Emma were " she is pretty darn healthy" So YAY I feel like a good kitty mommy.

So glad my baby is fine

Thanks I am SO glad its nothing. I love my vet He truly cares he even checked Emma's collar to make sure it was a breakaway since last time he saw her she was too teeny to fit ANY collars. I am unbelievably glad my baby is healthy
