flea's

ok so my cousin has an issue and she doesn't have the internet and i figured that someone out there could help... her little kittie has fleas and she's tried bathing her using advantage and the spray you use in the house and nothings working so question. does anyone know how to get rid of fleas and keep them gone???

Sorry if i'm telling you what you already know.

Fleas have alot of eggs and then those eggs hatch and they have LOTS of eggs. It only takes a few unfound eggs and you'll have a flea problem. A flea collar would probably help and washing out the furniture/places the kitty sleeps. Using sprays and trying to deflea the house as much as you can. I'm not really an expert on how to get them completely out but i'm sure someone will post who knows more than me. I hope things work out with your cousin.

Vets over here all say to use Frontline once a month. Our kitten came with fleas so the vet also gave us some flea spray for the house which is supposed to work for a year.

So far the fleas haven't come back.
