How much?

How much kitty milk can you give a cat? I've read that cats shouldn't get milk, cause of the lactose, which is fine. Milko has his own kitty milk and it says that he can have it every day...but I don't always trust the label! So what's the recommendation?
And at the moment he gets two hand fulls of dry food a day and then three times a week he gets a chicken neck, and he gets some tuna or sardines, or chicken as a treat about once a week. He has never ever ever called for food and he is lean but growing every day. Is it the right amount? He is 12 and a half weeks old.
Sorry for the dumb questions you guys....first time kitty owner over here!!!!

I've never given it to my cats, that have something like that here in the US. I would just give it to him sparingly as a treat just like you would give him any other treat.
