You need to take her to a vet.
If you cant get it to eat or move its bowels, You MUST get this kitten to a vet.
Try borrowing money, do whatever you have to - but she needs to see a vet ASAP.
My warm thoughts and good vibes are with you.

First STOP giving her milk. Cats cannot digest milk and its probably making her sicker.

Secondly she need to be seen by a vet NOW. We cannot give out medical information.

Yup, like everyone else said, VET NOW! Can I ask, has she had any toys? Anything she can chew apart and swallow?
