Oh, what a beautiful kitty !

I had a chinchilla persian a few years ago that I adopted from a nasty dirty pet shop - she had that "doll face" look too - instead of that awful smoosh face. She was older, I wish I'd found her earlier than I did ...

Do you have pics of your others ?? I bet they're all gorgeous - I love persians !

Hi SharonM.

Thanks, she's as beautiful inside as she is out.
She has the most loving, sweet personality imaginable.
She follows me around the house all day.
I love persians too..
Sure I'll post pics of the rest of the furkids now.

This is Kewpie in the front, Tink in the feather bed.
Kewpie is Tink's half sister. She's a shaded silver.
She is a funny little girl. Her meow is unique, and she
has a sweet disposition, and is very playful.

And finally this is Rocky

Big boy...and this one looks like he's run into a wall..with the smooched face, he's also quite timid, but loves to play with big brother Spike.

Oh, my, my !! Just gorgeous. I'm not crazy about the smoosh face, but WOW - Rocky's coat is beautiful.
NOW - just how much time do you spend grooming those babies ?
They all look great, you obviously take very good care of them.

OMG - makes me wanna go out and find me a persian kitten

Thanks all!

They are such fun, and a constant source of entertainment, if one isnt getting into mischief another is, or they are teaming up.

I think I keep Hoover (the vacuum cleaner bag division) in business. lol They are all shedding pretty good right now. They have varying degrees of compliance with the grooming aspect. Tink is easy she'll come and sit on my lap and let me brush her, Kewpie a little more difficult, she doesnt like it but will tolerate it in medium sized doses. Spike, well he has to be tricked into being caught for this. Once I have him, he's docile, while grooming goes on but CANT WAIT to get away. lol..Rocky is the hard case, his coat is the thickest and the most apt to mat. I am on the verge of giving him a lion cut and starting fresh, just waiting for a bit warmer weather.

Thanks again for taking the time to comment on my furkids.

Wow! They are all beautiful!

My friend has a persian and spends about 1/2 hour per day grooming her. You must be very busy with 4 to groom!

Cool

What beautiful babies! I'm like the others, grooming does come to mind (which is why my shihtzu has short hair!) and yours look great.

I have one cat who was a barn cat from one of the horse farms in KY when I got him (attacked by a rotty and broke his pelvic bone - they didn't think he'd make it). He has a beautiful black coat but it is the type fur that you can look at and it has huge mats. And of course if he has any clues that you are coming near him with comb and scissors he's gone!!

Thanks for sharing your pix. You really have a group to be proud of.
