Seizures can mean...?

Hi..I found this site and everyone seems nice and helpful, so I'm hoping maybe I can find something.

My cat ponygon has been having many seizures of late. Over 3 to 4 a day, they seem to get worse and more damaging each time. By damaging, I mean shes been hurting herself more, and more. I've tried everything to keep her safe, but it's not working. Today, she tore her ear again and clawed a good bit of my arm away. Shes a very loving cat, and shes only a year old. I would love to take her to the vet, but my mother refuses..she has alot of kitties and shes being stubborn. Im moving in with my fiance in 2 months and I can finally get this cat taken care of, but im afraid she may not last till then at this rate...she had fleas, but I spent over 500 getting this house flea free...So I dont know if thats it. After her seizures, she latches herself to my shoulder and refuses to leave my side. I'll give any additional information I can...
I could use a vet, but to each ive went to, they refuse to see me because im 17 and this technically is my mothers cat.
Thanks for reading, I know I've wrote alot.

The only advice I can give you - VET.
If they are getting worse, then you need to take her to the vet and see what is up and maybe get the cat on meds to control the seizures.
