She could be pregnant...but it is most likely the weight from her pregnancy,plus the milk production.
I have a mouse with a litter of babies now and to anyone else,she would appear pregnant...but I know for a fact it is due to her milk production and the birth,as she has not been with any other males.
I would get her spayed once the kittens are weaned or as soon as you can!
