A couple of short videos of the beautiful humpback whales feeding in our waters.

If anyone ever visits Newfoundland,be sure to take a whale watching tour to see these beautiful animals.

Awesome Whale watching is a lot of fun. Did you get to see them feeding or anything like that?

I haven't been for a really long time, but I remember when I was a kid I went whale watching for the first time and it was right before they changed some rules for US whale watching boats that said the boats had to stay a further distance away from the whales. That first time I went though, before the new rules, the boat got so close to the whales that you felt like you could almost reach out and touch them. We got to see them feeding too, it was really cool.

I went a few times after that and had a lot of fun, but never got to see them as up close as I did the first time I went.
