Caterpillar is cute but i wouldnt touch it either...seems like sometimes the weird looking ones can be poisonous or he might squirt something nasty at you......which wouldnt be funny actually. But usually they look weird for a reason, like for a warning of some sort...'dont touch me or eat me...OR ELSE!'

Nice pics. Thanks for sharing.

All I can say is that catterpillar appears to be the beginings of a Flutterby.

Maybe of the Nymphilidae family , < if I spelt that correctly.

I like the froggie! Where my parents live, there is a pond right across the street and we get TONS of frogs in the street/yard. Literaly hundreds - esp at night after it rains. I use to walk around the street and scare them all up onto the side of the road so they wouldn't all get hit by cars. We ocasionally get some that get into the house, it's so funny - me and my brother chasing frogs around the house to try to catch them and put them outside.

The caterpillar is definitely a species of brushfoot, but I'm not up on all the subtle differences. Many species look quite similar as caterpillars. My guess would be a Question Mark.

But when I set him on someones lawn, I noticed he was trying to like...get into the ground or somthing, he was climbing downwards lol they arnt very good pics because my camera was dying and I didnt have time to focus it ol
