Tons of wildlife pics!

I have just taken a lot of pics the past couple months. Thought I would share some~

Frog

Goose - pretty friendly too!

Snake - for some reason he was very rigid. He went back to normal when I touched him to make sure he was alive.

Butterflies

Turtle

Slug

Beetles!

Excellent photos! I love the goose and the box turtle.

The slug and beetles pics are awesome as well.

Great photography!

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. (1 Corinthians 13:4)

You know I feel so sorry for that plant those beetles are on.

Those butterflies look something like Frittilaries < if I spelt that right.

The turtle is very cute, he has lovely markings.

Euurgh = ^ ~ ^ = slug ! strange photo subject.

For a minute there I thought the frog was just a head but I can see his body now

And that snake dont look none too happy looks like he got ran over by a bicycle, did you move it off the path ?

= ^ _ ^ =

Great pics

Thanks everyone.

I did move the snake, thats actually why I stopped in the first place. He didn't seem to be injured. When I touched him he came back to me instead of slithering off. Same with the turtle, he was about to cross the road so I moved him to the other side in the direction he was going.

That was just one leaf of the plant, the whole thing was covered with beetles. My father farms, they are usually everywhere.

Awesome photos! Not a big fan of the beetles though as they've taken quite a liking to my poor, poor rosebush.

Just as a hobby. I really enjoy it. Maybe someday when I can afford a better camera, I might try to do some pet photography or something. Thank for your comments!

Wow! I have never seen a crayfish while it's still alive, only while dissecting it for class. They are neat lookin little guys. I like the slimey creatures! although I hope I never see a leech up close.

My dad has a farm with a fairly large creek. That is where I took most of the pics. The last pictures of the turtle was at my moms house, she has a pond in her front yard. I actually found this guy swimming in the water. I have NEVER seen a box turtle in the water, lol.

The goose, snake and butterflies I took at a state forest in Linton. Do you know where linton is?
