Degu's can have quite a few veggies, you have to be careful with greens though such as lettuce, peas and cabbageetc... as they can cause bloat. The ones my boys have and enjoy which are safe for degu's are:

Broccoli
Carrot
Tomato
Cucumber
Cauliflower
Lettuce
Sweet potato (remove the skin as extremely toxic to degus)
Radishes
Brussel Sprouts
Green Beans,
Spring Onions (scallions)
Fresh Peas
Cabbage (white and savoy)
Pepper
Butternut Squash
Leek
Mangetout
Pumpkin
Courgette
Runner beans
Suger snap peas

Fruit in general is a no no but there are certain exceptions, apple, honeydew melon and strawberry are ok occasionally, no more than once a month maximum. Degu's have been found to be able to handle a little sugar as long as its not frequently so a little apple etc... once every month or so won't hurt

Amethystbelle gave a great list . I just wanted to add one thing...if you feed lettuce, make sure it isn't iceberg but instead romaine (or something similar).
