Food

Hi all

I just wanted to run a food by you all and see if you know anything about it. Right now I am feeding Martins Guinea pig food and they are doing really well on that ...I was thinking of adding some chin food to it. The kind I have for my chins is Reidstra chin food...do you guys know if this is okay for the goos?

Thank in advance!

Shannon and the Kritter Krew!

A lot of chinchilla pellets have molasses in them, which is why they are discouraged for Degus. But, the brand of chin food you mentioned is one of the few that does NOT have molasses in it, so I think it should be just fine for your Goos!

Thank you very much for your reply...that makes me fell better...I knew there was no molasses in it...that is why I actually chose that one for my chins. I figure molasses is probably not the best for them either.

Thank you again.
